The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering is the second-largest source of funding for evangelistic missions within evangelical Christianity, following the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. This Offering is dedicated to spreading the Gospel across North America. With a population of 386 million speaking 350 different languages, estimates suggest that 286 million individuals are lost without a saving faith. According to the U.S. Census Bureau and the Joshua Project, there are 161 unreached people groups in the region.
Your contributions to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering support North American missionaries and churches, as well as a variety of evangelistic initiatives and approaches. As your pastor, I urge you to pray about how you can help share the magnificent Gospel of our Savior, Jesus, with the people of America and Canada.

Worship and prayer play an integral role in this spiritual journey. By engaging in praise and worship, teens are encouraged to connect with God on a deeper level, fostering a personal relationship with Him that will continue to grow throughout their lives.

Fun, Fellowship, and Community Activities

In addition to the spiritual aspect, **Reborn Youth Ministry** is about creating a fun and supportive environment. Teens need a balance of social interaction and a chance to blow off some steam. Every Wednesday, we play sports, engage in games, and enjoy snacks—giving teens an opportunity to build friendships and have fun while being in a Christ-centered space. These activities help foster bonds that extend beyond the church walls.

We also believe in reaching out to the community and getting involved in activities outside of our church campus. Whether it's a service project or a fun outing, our off-campus events allow teens to experience the joy of serving others and building a sense of responsibility, while also enjoying time together as a group.

College and Career Support

Teenagers are at a pivotal stage in their lives, and it’s important to offer them support as they begin to look toward the future. That’s why we have a College and Career class that meets at the same time as our youth group. This class helps guide teens as they navigate the challenges of college, career choices, and life beyond high school, all through a biblical lens. It's a great opportunity for older students to gain wisdom and perspective from adults who care about their future.

Summer Camp: A Life-Changing Experience

For those who are regular attenders, we offer a **one-week summer camp** designed to take students on a journey of spiritual growth. This immersive experience allows teens to disconnect from the distractions of everyday life and focus entirely on their relationship with God and their community. The connections and lessons learned at camp can have a lasting impact on their faith and personal development.

Life Groups and Sunday Worship

In addition to our Wednesday night gatherings, we also have a **Life Group** on Sunday mornings from 9:15-10 AM. This group offers a more intimate setting where teens can dive deeper into Scripture and discuss how it applies to their lives. Immediately following the Life Group, our church service begins at 10:30 AM. This provides teens with the opportunity to join the wider church family for worship and be a part of a larger, intergenerational community.

A New Word For 2025

Every January, I pray and ask God to give me a new word for the year. It’s usually a word I frequently encounter in my devotions, in conversations with family and friends, and sometimes even on TV. The word that God has been highlighting for me in 2025 is RESPONSIBILITY. Okay, God, I'm ready! That’s my new word!

So, what is responsibility? It involves being committed to keeping your promises in both words and actions. It essentially means to "walk the walk and talk the talk" — to say something and follow through with it. While there can be pressure that comes with responsibility, it shouldn't feel like an overwhelming burden.

As Christians, we are responsible for living in harmony with God and one another. This includes showing love, offering service, and providing encouragement. We should be accountable for our actions and make changes when we make mistakes. James 5:16 says, “Make this your common practice: Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you can live together whole and healed.” This practice helps us move forward in love.

Living With Eternity In Mind.

Decide To Live Each Day To The Fullest.

The Bible tells us that life is like a vapor; it appears for a little while and then vanishes away. As we grow older, time seems to pass more quickly. We often look back on our childhood as if it happened just yesterday. It’s essential to take inventory of our lives and ensure we are living with eternal significance. Jesus said, "I came that they may have life and have it more abundantly." (John 10:10b)

However, we must acknowledge that we all have a sin nature. The Bible states, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23) We have all made mistakes in our lives that we regret. Yet, the reservoir of God's grace is limitless. He loves us and desires to forgive us for all our sins.

I encourage you today to reflect on your life and consider if you are ready to step into eternity. Live each day with eternity in mind. Increase your love for everyone you know. Be as generous as you can. Keep short accounts with God. Decide to live each day to the fullest. Forgive everyone for everything. Live each day as if it were your last. Allow the Spirit of Christ to flow through you fully!

The Spiritual Aspect Of Our Lives Is The Most Important Aspect.

The spiritual aspect of our lives is the most important aspect. It survives beyond the few decades we live here on earth. The New Testament says, “What is your life? It is even a vapor, appearing for a little while and then disappearing.” You should take inventory of your life and determine the value and quality of it.

I began praying when I was 18 years old for God to give me wisdom. The more I’ve prayed that prayer through the years, the more I’ve sensed an urgency to love and reach people for the resurrected Son of God, Jesus Christ.

When we leave this life and stand before God to give an account of this life, will we hear from God, “Well done, my good and faithful servant; enter into the joy of the Lord” or, will we hear, “Depart from me, you workers of iniquity; I never knew you.” Let’s decide now to invest our lives in kind, clean, righteous living.

An old poem says, “Only one life will soon be past; only what’s done for Christ will last.” Jim Eliot, the missionary martyred by the Auca Indians, repeatedly said, “He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he cannot lose.”

We all instinctively know that death is not the end of our existence. Human beings are the only creatures on earth that mark and commemorate the deaths of their loved ones. We all know that death is an ultimate reality for everyone but we never think it is going to be us personally. Let’s treat each day as a gift. Let’s love those close to us. Let’s be generous with everyone we can. Let’s encourage those who mean the most to us. Let’s practice virtue and civility in our public life. Let’s prepare for the inevitable eternity that faces us.
